Refund & cancellation policy
Do you charge before generating the letter?
Yes — payment is required before the AI runs. This is because each generation costs us API fees, and pre-payment prevents abuse. If generation fails for any technical reason, we refund automatically within 24 hours.
What if the letter does not get me a refund?
We cannot guarantee platform approval — we generate the best possible starting point based on the platform's own policy. If the platform denies your claim, you can edit and resend, escalate to A-to-Z Guarantee, or open a credit card chargeback.
Can I cancel my VIP subscription?
Yes — anytime, in-app. No email back-and-forth. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, then does not renew.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
New accounts get VIP access for 7 days without entering payment info. After 7 days, your account automatically reverts to free (no letters) unless you add a payment method and choose to subscribe.
